The junior school neighbourhoods have been designed to create flexible work environments

Grade 5 and 6 Neighborhoods: Teachers can choose the work space appropriate to the activity they are doing. Flexible spaces promote collaboration between students and shared office spaces do the same for teachers. Commons areas promote gathering students, communicating and sharing of ideas. Having flexible work environments means that the space promotes collaboration, not hinders it.
The Maker Space is used by almost all boys in the school. Boys use the space for individual inquiry projects. Classes use it for ADST work. Any opportunity for a boy to discover a passion or explore an interest is valuable. The Maker Space helps to create those opportunties.
